Has anyone been able to get the Elite MEL TQ working in P3DV4?

Elite has recently provided drivers but the download lacks the Elite FS Add-on software to complete plug-in. I did discuss with Elite support and there is a bug message on one of their support pages but that's in reference to earlier P3D versions. In short, it's been a bust for me.
