Flying into Eglc is opne of best experiences ever..Heres a couple of pics to show the difference between std fs9 and the Vf london..standard sceneryVf LondonImpressive or what? :-) You should have a pop over to Visualflight.com and have a more detailed look...they even offer a money back gaurantee:-)Im off for another short finals into London!
March 17, 200521 yr Author Amazing......................Just wonder what system would cope with all that 'autogen' though? All the best,Dave.'Three greens and soft landings' Dave Taylor
June 9, 200520 yr DaveSorry about the delayed reaction to this, but I wondered if the quotes round the 'autogen' were significant? In fact Visual Flight London contains no autogen - everything you see is custom designed as a 3D object (a little over 7,500 objects in the scenery altogether). With this amount of detail, it's natural to be concerned over frame rates, but shortly after your post we released a new version of the scenery (version 1.2) with a 50% improvement in frame rates. Even apart from this, the performance of the scenery is very configurable using the Scenery Complexity slider, which even on the lowest setting gives far more detail than any other scenery for London. We're very flattered by the title of this thread, particularly as there is so much incredible scenery around at the moment (not to mention some amazing aircraft and other add-ons), but certainly in a number of respects Visual Flight London covers new ground.JohnVisual Flighthttp://www.visualflight.net[a href=http://www.visualflight.net/london/]http://www.visualflight.net/london/images/signature.jpg[/a]
