I can't seem to find how to unhide the yoke after hiding it?

I have looked and clicked in so many different areas, obviously I am missing something.

 

I love all my Carenado aircraft but I sure wish Carenado would provide an aircraft owners manual it would make things so much easier instead of some of the documents that are interesting g but not as important as an owners manual. I have spent countless hours checking out YouTube videos and simply by trial and error figuring out the complex switches in the two main panels
