It's a data centre enterprise GPU. To quote from a tech website:

"Tesla GPUs are designed for High-Performance Computing (HPC) and aimed at an enterprise market, so gaming with one isn't exactly the plug-n-play experience of NVIDIA’s consumer line. For starters, the V100 doesn't have IO: to output to a display you need to use either motherboard graphics or another GPU as your display adapter. Even then, the Tesla needs to be configured with specialized software for it to actually process data. So it wouldn't perform at all."
