October 11, 20178 yr Author moin I should make of supporter ( ince you have indicated that you are using Win10. Please check if you have KB4038788 or ΚΒ4040724 installed in your win10. If you have them, uninstall them and hide them so that they would not install by their own and retry. If you do not hide them then they will reinstall automatically. Please check below. It will show you how to check and remove the update if it is installed and how to prevent it from downloading again https://www.windowscentral.com/how-uninstall-and-reinstall-updates-windows-10. Advice if you see any crash after removing them. ) but I can not uninstall KB4038788 can one please help me
