Hello, 

After updating P3D to v4.1 and updating PMDG aircraft to be compatible with v4.1 I get this error showing up on the upper ECAM:

I also get a "Caution" light that I can't cancel.

Check your PMDG ops center, There is an update to correct this faulty startup state.

If you do a search you will find various messages about this topic
