Ariane BBJ Screenshots Available Now

In response to the various claims made about the quality of the Ariane virtual cockpit, I have assembled a small portfolio of screenshots taken directly from the simulation, with no editing. Only change to the original image: downsized it to meet hosting and posting requirements. Please direct your attention to the "bitmap bezel problem" I mentioned earlier. In the near future I will be posting video documentation to demonstrate the non-existing refresh rates on the pfd and mfd. Two other things to note: 1) It's very difficult to read the numbers on the glareshield, making fine-tuning and adjustments during crucial phases of flight difficult. This is tolerable in Ariane's "revolutionary" 2di panel but becomes a real chore in the regular virtual cockpit. 2) The misalignment in the bezels in the 2di panel becomes progressively worse during flight, with the bitmaps sitting about three quarters of an inch off of the bezels. http://photobucket.com/albums/v113/Ricardo41/the same misalignment can be seen in the promotional shot of their new offering. ricardo
