Can't get the new database in [solved]

No matter what I do the database is showing 1611.  I have a newer one.  I added a environment variable for GTNSIMDATA to point to my DB folder but I don't think it's working.  Anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?  Or where the default installation would be getting it's nav_db2.bin file from?

 

edit:  Finally solved this mystery - just took trial and error and renaming a lot of files!
