'seriel number was already activated' error

Hi,

I keep getting a 'seriel number was already activated' error every time i i try to put the number into VFXcentral and cannot receive my product. I've paid for it and recieved the conformation email with the seriel number but it does not give me the product. 

Is there anything i can do about this?
