April 6, 200620 yr Aftab,I requested a new key late at night Eastern time and by the afternoon I had a new key. However, it's worth noting that my first request (as I think about it, maybe 2 requests), I heard nothing.
April 6, 200620 yr Hi AftabI have always had a response from Serge within a day. Remember they are in Belgium so there will be a time difference to consider, however two days is too much - I agree. In general though (for me at least) they are always responsive.
April 6, 200620 yr Aftab,I got your request this morning at 5:47 AM, I replied you today at 09.41 AM.if you think 4 hours is a too long delay I am sorry couldn't proceed faster.Regarding your two requests in the last 48 hours I received nothing. Perhaps blocked by your ISP or somewhere in the Net. I have no spam filter installed.regards,
April 6, 200620 yr I have requested several reactivations over the 3 years I've had it and they have all been answered in less than 12 hours. Excellent service!
April 6, 200620 yr Author Hello,Can it be made possible to make the re-activation process for active camera more simpler, for example, like as we have form other addon manufacturers, where it is possible to re-activate a product instantly with a click of a button rather than exchanging emails back and forth to get it re-activated even with a minimal amout of time. Thanking you,Best Regards,Aftab. AFTAB HINGORO
