"Crossing North America" Files in Library Ever Finished?

I see that the "Crossing North America" flight plan files by Steve "Bear" Cartwright in the Avsim library stop at British Columbia. As the original intention appears to have been to cover down to Mexico I wonder if anybody knows whether they were completed. I'm assuming that, as they aren't in the library, the the answer is no.
