Majestic Dash - FO does not recognize commands !?

Today, i wanted to start a flight with my Q4000, but my FO didn't recognize some commands (and flows) anymore !

Obviously he doesn't know  some Q400 specific commands like battery master, dome light, nav light...

For example: I asked him as usual  to switch the dome light on "please switch the dome light on !"

FO answer: "I have no Idea how I can do that" !!??

If I ask him to switch the main,aux,... battery on, he confirmed - but no switch is moving !

What the hell is going on there ?

My affected software:

P3D 4.1

MCE V2.7.4.0

Majestic Q400 v1.020a_x64

Windows 10 x64 - latest patches
