Speed not increasing Problem URGENT PLEASE

Hi,

 

I have a very annoying issue. I take of and switch to LNAV VNAV mode and the plane doesn't increase the speed at all after take off. Usually it stops the climb at around 5000 feet with a speed of around 220 knots. Even if I disengage the Autothrottle and push it to full power nothing is happening. I don't have this problem in FSX only in P3dv4. I am using FSUIPC and heard that can be something with the flaps which actually seem to be retracted visually and also on the monitor. Any advise ?

Delete your FSUIPC.ini and let it rebuild.
