Hello

I bought a new copy of RC4 and installed it on Win 10 into the Lockheed P3DV4 directory. I completed the steps in the now closed topic using "regsvr32 /u msstdfmt.dll". The file is in syswow64. When I completed the process I received a "successful" message. i rebooted. RC4 splash screen starts successfully. When I attempt to load a flight plan the error message is "file not found". I started V4 and then attempted to run RC4 and received the same error 713 message.

Any help will be appreciated.

Despite the successful message it sounds like the DLL hasn't been successfully registered. There are several similar threads on this. Try this one..

The way I got RC4 to work was using this link:

Section 4.2 discusses how to register the file correctly. I used the quotation marks also.

What I discovered is that the link works on one of my two computers. I had the same problem.

That link works this morning. The crucial part is to ensure you place quotes around any path that contains a space. So Program Files (x86) contains two so there must be quotes.
