Scenery Rebuild

I use LittleNavMap for my flight plans.  There is an update coming out and states that a rebuild might be necessary.  It states, "This release adds support for Navigraph updates and includes a full AIRAC cycle including procedures, airspaces, navaids and more. Reloading the scenery databases is recommended".  Is there anything I need to know before I do another scenery rebuild?
