no luck installing with FSX HDE Sky Textures V2.0

Anyone had luck installing the  HDE Sky Textures V2.0 into p3dv4

I downloaded the product twice and it will not install.

It gets about 3/4 of the way through and says it is looking for a file and then quits.

There is only one file in the download so I'm stuck

Maybe I'm missing something 

Help, thoughts?

I don't know what software is this but, are you running the installation as Administrator? Also try disabling your antivirus before installing it.

Yup i did all of that 

I  will try downloading from another source because there seems to be only one file in the download zip. i think the textures are all missing from what i can see The exe is running but can't find textures.  no big deal if i cant get it to work , just experimenting to get better cloud textures in v4
