The assigned actions to knobs in MCP Combo/MCP Mode2 are not executed.

When I go in Mode 2, Linda executes actions from Mode 1 instead of mode 2.

Buttons works fine. Knobs works fine in EFIS or User Modes

When I go in MCP Mode 2, Linda displays the correct Ident but also goes automatically in INFO Display Mode . I have to press the CWSB button (in FSX Default configuration) to return to AP Mode. This does not happen when I go from MCP Mode 2 to MCP Mode 1.

This happens with all planes.

Hi Yves

Thank you for your report and information. There is something wrong with your set up as I use MCP modes all the time.

What MCP panel do you have (original, Boeing or Airbus)? Are you seeing the mode displayed such as M121 when you select mode 2? Do you hear a single beep when the mode is selected and a double beep when it is cancelled? Have you assigned the same mode functions in Mode 2 (eg. VRI_EFIS_MODE_toggle, etc) to the same buttons?  What aircraft are you using?

If problem persists, please follow the reporting procedure and end me the logs and your config-mcpX.lua file for the FSX Default and other aircraft you are using. I would ask you to set LogOptionProtect to NO as described and restart your Sim. Then in LINDA Console tick the Log VRi events. This will produce a large log but will record your actions on the MCP. You need to operate the affected button/knob, then select Mode 2, operate the same button/knob, cancel the Mode 2/select Mode 1 and operate the control again. Close your Sim before emailing me the logs. Cancel the Log VRi events after the test.
