Hi guys,

Just bought the Chaseplane 2 days ago, due to some windows registry problem, I was force to re-install the windows. 

Didn't mean to rush anything, just ask if there is any time frame we will receive respond? I already made the activation reset process on website and email. Its just, the software is so important that I consider not to fly without it . Thank you.
