Night textures and see through clouds

Hi,

I returned to x-plane 11 because of the beta version of the ff320u, which I love!  I also like many features in x-plane and I am quite happy with the latest version, except for the popping and  slow texture loading at night. And the see through clouds who are ruining IFR flying at night. 

Are there any solutions to get a more fluid texture loading at night?

As far as I know there is no solution to the see-through clouds at nightime. And this really annoys me because it breaks the immersion :-( . But VR is more important *sigh*

I love xplane but its pretty annoying that such a major bug such as being able to see through clouds is not beeing fixed faster!
