I can fly the aircraft

 

I can land the aircraft but once I do no matter how much power I put on she won't roll am I forgetting something or doing something wrong Ive been out a few months

 

it's like the wheels are made of concrete she is a dream till I touch down then she just stops and refuses to move. Guessing am doing something wrong or just forgetting something

You are probably overheating the brakes and melting the tires on or after landing.  Take a look through this thread:
