You'll need to submit a support ticket since the forum is primarily user to user support, and there's nothing that regular forum users like myself can do to help you. You'll get a response from PMDG by submitting a support ticket. If you've never done a support ticket before, you will need to create a new account since it isn't the same account you used to purchase your planes.

Also be aware that the account system has been reworked and everybody has to reset his password. So: are you sure it is locked or are you simply requested to reset you Pw?
