ES Isle of Man Ronaldsway airport black texture

There is an object at Earth Simulations Isle of Man Ronaldsway airport that looks like an "engine run up test area". Unfortunately, this is displayed as jet black in P3D v3. I have checked the textures for the airport, and I am pretty sure that it is using ES-Blast.dds. DDS Viewer displays it just fine, and it looks like a green grass/earth bank that surrounds the test area. My question is......how can I get the correct texture to display? Has anyone managed to do this, and if so....how?

On a side note, I have never been able to see the 3D wig-wag models at this airport in P3D v3. Can anyone suggest a solution for this issue?
