Registration failure in P3D web pages

I am trying to register with P3D in order to learn as much as possible before installing the product...

Yesterday and again today the same "fault" is preventing me from obtaining a successful outcome.

Every time I fill in/out the form the same "error" comes up regarding my email address...

 

You have provided an invalid answer to the question.

Please note that you will need to enter a valid email address before your account is activated. You will receive an email at the address you provide that contains an account activation link.

Obviously I am submitting my long established e-mail address (my ONLY address) ~~~ how is that NOT valid?

I am unable to find a way of contacting anybody at "P3D" as I have to be able to log-in to access the support forum etc, etc!

All suggestions welcomed.

Tried again with exactly the same details and it was successful!!!
