I have Little NavMap installed in FSX SE, no problems. I also installed it in PREPARED v4, but I'm not seeing the flight plan. I can see my aircraft, but it's not pointing in the direction of the destination airport.

You don't install LNM for P3D or FSXSE. You can use one single installation and read all the scenery databases.

If you cannot see the flight plan on the map you probably switched it off. Menu -> "Map" -> "Show Flight plan".
