Fs9.exe problems

Featured Replies

I have noticed recently that when i exit FS9 it is not clearing the FS9.exe file from the processes tab in the windows task manager.I have to manually remove it by right clicking and selecting remove other wise i cant restart FS without restarting the computer,it just hangs on the splash screen with the busy sign under the mouse pointer. Does any one else have this problem and is there a way to fix it. I recently installed the latest FSUIPC 3.60 and it seems to have started round about that time, not sure if that may be causing it.I did read a post about this once before but i cant find it now.Any help pleaseRegards

This happened to me a few times a while back but it went away. I have no idea what caused it, maybe it was something to do with scenery or certain settings. In your case, you could try temporarily removing the FSUIPC module from the Modules folder and run FS without it. If it doesn't help you will know that probably isn't the problem and you can put it back in the Modules folder.

I have this issue as well. Ill have to find an older version of FSUIPC before I try uninstalling the newer one.

I have almost every suitable version of FSUIPC stored on my hard drive. Please post here if you need any help. If I see any replies I will respond.
