Blurries and studders

I recently deactivated nvidia inspector and got much better frames. However in doing so I noticed I am getting pop ups, blurries and studders.  I am very happy about the frames but want to try to reduce the blurries and studders but am not sure where to start in NI or the sim.  Can someone point me in the right direction on what I can look into? I have a number of different saved settings and any of them seem to result in the same blurries and studders. Any ideas would be appreciated.
