I bought chasep[alne & received my serial No. I d/l & installed VFX Central & logged in to it. It asked for serial # which I entered. It then said that the serial had already been entered. Nowhere can i see how to download chaseplane????????????

Can anyone help please. Apparantly the devs take 24-48b hours to get back which is rather sad as I have set time aside tomorrow to check it out. Not brilliantly happy! :(

Yes thanks, they reset my password although they do not know yet as to what caused the problem. I'd be interested in their findings. I did give them a suggestion as to what may be the problem.
