"I have tried reinstalling the three versions of SimConnect associated with FSX Deluxe"

I have FSX Gold Edition, which has the Acceleration Pack, and am having a problem with an aircraft blocking Simconnect.  To rule out any problems with it I wanted to re-install it but I'm not sure how to do that.  Can you tell me how you did this?
