Hello All,

I'm sure this has been addressed in the past but I can't find a search for the 2004 topics so to troll through 1300 plus pages would take a life time hence me posting my problem.

I am trying to install CYVR_release_v100 file and just can not get it to appear as it is supposed to. In fact I can't even get it to work... I think I have followed the instructions given in the README file and the Post Install readme file and my scenery folder and I am assuming as it is an .exe installer the files are in the correct folder, namely the ADDON folder???

When I follow the instructions to ADD the folders in the ADDON folder where do I add them, to the Addon folder which doesn't make sense as they are already there or should they be added to the SCENERY folder...???

ANother issue I am getting is the Scenery.CFG file error when I open my FS 2004. IF I uncheck the ADDON folder box it does NOT appear.. Is there some sort of conflict going on here? This is the only additional scenery I have on my FS.

ANy help or direction would be much appreciated  in order to maintain my sanity !!!

You should put the whole scenery folder with the scenery and texture subfolders in your Addon Scenery folder.  Do not put in the Addon Scenery/ scenery subfolder.    In your scenery.cfg file you should have an entry like this:

[Area.xxx)
Title=CYVR Vancouver Intl
Local=Addon Scenery\CYVR
Remote=
Active=TRUE
Required=FALSE
Layer=xxx

(xxx should be the next number above the previous scenery 's number)
