February 5, 20188 yr I am trying to reinstall my GNS 530, but nothing seems to work. I finally got it recognize my "key" and password, but then it comes back with F1 E-Commerce Run-time error '75': Path/File access error.
February 5, 20188 yr Hi, This most likely something related to the e-commerce solution in itself, you might want to try contacting F1, our e-commerce procurement partner for further advisories. In the meantime, you might want to review the "C:\RealityXP" folder access rights for your user account?!?
