737 NGX Boxed Steam Install

Hello everyone, 

I recently got a new computer and decided to upgrade to FSX steam. I successfully installed the PMDG 737 Boxed version into FSX: Steam, and it shows up in my aircraft selection. The problem, however, is when selecting the plane: it tells me I need to enter my activation code. So, I enter the code from the box, and it is unsuccessful. Do I need to contact PMDG directly or is there a workaround?
