RC4 makes disappear scenarios

I give example I'm in the scenario of EGKK (aerosoft), then I open the RC4 I choose the flight I give ok and the scenario disappears I already tried in the scenario of LPPR same as what will be happening, I use FSX:bengong:

Are you saying RC4 stops working or FSX stops working?

Look in Event Viewer and see if there are any entries for this problem.
