How to save GTN Settings?

I noticed after the first update of my GTN 750 that all the settings which I made in the device (like 'Map Setup', 'User Fields', audio volumes, ...) were lost. It seems, an install of a new version resets them all. Is there a way to keep these settings? Maybe by backing up some files and restoring them after the new install. In which files are the settings stored?

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
