FlightSimExpo Attendees Under 21

FlightSimExpo is proud to welcome attendees of all ages to our event in Las Vegas on June 9-10, 2018. Our website (www.flightsimexpo.com) shows the most up-to-date list of exhibitors who will be in attendance at the conference. Attendees can also register for the conference on our website.

The event's host hotel is Flamingo Las Vegas Resort, and a special event rate has been secured at this venue for overnight guests. Attendees staying at the Flamingo can book rooms with the hotel at www.flightsimexpo.com/hotel. In order to check-in to this hotel, overnight guests must be at least 21 years of age, or must be accompanied by someone who is. This is a requirement due to local gaming and alcohol regulations, and is only waived for active duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces (military ID must be shown at check-in).

In an effort to be accommodating of any other attendees who are under 21, we have found three nearby hotels that do not require attendees to be 21. While no special room block has been made, these hotels offer an option for attendees who are under 21 to stay overnight near our host event. We recommend contacting the hotel prior to booking to verify any special requirements if you are under the age of 21.

There is no requirement to be 21+ in order to attend FlightSimExpo. Attendees of the event can be of any age. The 21+ requirement only applies to attendees who are staying overnight at Flamingo Las Vegas Resort.
