February 24, 20188 yr I found an odd workaround for the issue, a bit unorthodox but it works for me at least. I rotate the dimmer switches up and down a few times and then do small changes until I find a setting that doesn't flicker or the lights are completely off (for day flying). It usually doesn't settle down at full brightness settings, but I'll take a non-flickering display over max brightness any day. Hopefully this helps!
