Hello...I'm sure this is a common problem, but I'll explain my situation...I have flytampa - Miami and traffic 2005... so you can imagine how busy my airport is...right now the ATC is sending ALLLLL the flights to runway 30, GA, small airliners, heavies, freights, everything... there are about 40 planes lined up on runway 30 :(is there anyway to make it so taht the ATC can send the planes to other runways for take off, or is this just something that cant be worked around? :(thx guys, appreciate the help! :)

I'm thinking you need to install [a href=http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=51498]this KMIA patch by Jim Vile[/a].Carefully read the enclosed Readme file. Then only follow the instructions for "FlyTampa_KMIA_ILS_jv.bgl". See if it works better (change the wind directions to test it out, be sure to change the time ahead a couple of minutes to force ATC and AI to adapt to the weather change). That will at least fix some issues. If you want to see all the runways active at the same time, follow the instructions for "af2_FlyTampa_KMIA_ILS_jv.bgl" as well. Make sure you get rid of your current Afcad file. For example, rename .bgl to .old bgl.
