Im sure I posted this in the wrong forum, so my apologies.

I purchased FlyTampa KBOS from Simmarket. Regarding the download, I am given to files one being in .exe file and one being .dat file. Do I need to install both of these, and in which order?

Robert,

Make sure the two files are in the same folder. Run the exe file, it will find the dat file and install your scenery properly in P3DV4.2.
