FSX Crashes when loading Phenom 300

Featured Replies

I recently purchase the Phenom 300 but when I try to load the plane FSX crashes. Just wondering if anyone else has the same problem.

I recently downloaded the Phenom 300 and FSX crashes on me as well when I try to load the Phenom 300. The Windows Event Viewer shows that the error is occurring with the panels.dll file. I don't experience any crashes with any of the default aircraft or any add-on aircraft.

I have Windows Vista SP3 installed with DirectX 11, and I just updated the Visual C++ runtime files to see if that would help.

Correction: I have Vista SP2 installed on my PC.

Hi Guys.

It took me at least four installs and uninstalls with the Navigraph extension pack added before I got this aircraft to 'settle down' into my FSX. I have Windows 10 and FSX Deluxe with the service packs. I was pulling my hair out but suddenly it worked. I have no idea why it took all those trys. All I can suggest is keep persevering with it. Everyone's system is different. When you read through the various posts here, different folks are having different problems. What does not work for some seems to work for others.

Cheers...Ken.

I am experiencing the same problem. I think I have version 1.2 but maybe 2.1, I contacted Corenado support since I have proof of purchase. I am doing my best.
