I set up a 'star' runway system at Anchorage PANC to allow use of all runways. Using AFCAD, I did block 24L/R for landings because of the mountains to the east. Takeoffs are permitted. However, landings are still vectored to 24L/R. Some AI's manage to land but they come in very high. Others have to go missed. How do I block these runways for landings?

Unless it has changed I believe you are required to match privileges at both ends of the runway. This is an FS limitation AFAIK. This applies to AI, of course.You can check on this by visiting the forums at projectai.com where I think still remains an AFCAD forum that can be browsed.
