Open Cockpits MCP Problems with P3D V4.2

Featured Replies

Hi Guys, after an Update from P3D V 4.1 to 4.2 a few days ago, I have problems, to run my MCP V2 from Open Cockpits.

Of course, I made all current updates from the addons, like FSUIPC or ORBX and so on.

After starting SIOC as an administrator, all LEDs are showing three "0", and no button or switch shows any reaction on the screen of the Simulator, running with the PMDG B737.

The Mastervalues in the SIOC.ini are also correct and did not change, like they did automaticly after the Win10 update, and they had to be corrected to the USB IDs by hand. Even the SIOC Monitor shows, that the MCP is working.

Though I restarted the complete Computer a several times, it did not help as it helped, whe this thing happened under P3D 4.1.

What do you mean, could it be, that there are communicationproblems between SIOC and the new FSUIPC in the actual version? And if so, how can I fix this issue?

Or any other ideas?

Thanks for ypour help.

Best wishes

Robert

What is your Interface software? Are you using OC4BAv4?

Ok, now I know, what you mean. The MCP V2 is a USB Plug and Play Hardware. It is running with the SIOC Software and a script. The hardwareconfiguraion is written in the sioc.ini.
So I do not use this software. Is there a demoversion to test it? I don`t want to spend 49 Euros and may be to notify, that it does not work, too.
