I have not had crashes like this since moving from fsx to p3d once p3d4 came out. Tonight I came back home to my p3d crashed and an error message that p3d encountered an error. The windows logs say ntdll.dll

I had this in fsx sometimes but not p3d. Around the same time as that message, windows update ran by itself to get the latest updates released and installed. Is that a coincidence or could that have caused my crash?
