March 14, 20188 yr Hi, I'm using MCE with FSL a320 and I got this annoying behaviour. After take off during climb phase in any plight I did it, the copilot automatically switch on the AP at certain time, let's say 30 second. I have no run any flow or asked for AP. Is there a way to disable this behaviour?

Is there a way to disable this behaviour? May want to calibrate microphone, as a command such as "AP on" could get it engaged. No way to disable this. Only the opposite "autopilot off" is secured against accidental trigger when airborne. My advice, if your cockpit is noisy and a lot of un-intended commands are picked up, consider getting a mike with a mute button. Gerald R https://www.multicrewxp.com

I got this AP engage without any red message on status bar ( as usual when MCE recognized a command ) and copilot usually said Autopilot available now, auto pilot on.... looks like something automatical....

Nothing is automated, unless somehow Fo is seeing you as one of those (Blind Visually Impaired) pilots who enlist the help of co-pilot to rotate aircraft on takeoff, perform initial climb and engage AP at some point before handing them the aircraft. But even then, you'd have to make the request to Fo to handle the takeoff. If it's accidental speech reco, should definitely see the red text before something is performed. You won't see text for scripted commands. Gerald R https://www.multicrewxp.com

Right-click anywhere in MCE user interface. A drop-down menu will appear. Make sure option "Enable screen narrator" isn't ON. Gerald R https://www.multicrewxp.com

It isn't but this behaviour persist.... So neither a mic issue and voxscript, do you need any log to check? Edited March 17, 20188 yr by fyase
