March 26, 20188 yr Author Yes Ray thats it, I notice that sometimes when receiving a clearance i get the airport name and other times i get the identifier. I wondered if that comes form the afcad and can be modified or some other file internal to Radar Contact.
March 26, 20188 yr Moderator I’m afraid not. We as the beta group came up with airports we felt it would be nice to have enunciated rather than spoken phonetically. Given each controller and pilot had to record the wav file there is no possibility of them being extended, sorry. Ray (Cheshire, England).
