June 10, 200619 yr No, you don't need to install it. It's just a little menu item that allows you to visit the Aerosoft site, their forums, and quick shortcuts to the PDF/documentation supplied with the installed product (in this case, German stadiums).I never install it when given the choice on any Aerosoft product; I'm glad they give the option, too.Hope this helps.
