Hello,

I just bought Chaseplane via fsfxpackages.com - I received the serial-number via e-mail. I activated the serial-number in my account at fsfxpackages.com. But I can´t see the activated product.

Then I downloaded an installed VFXCentral. I still can´t see any product. Again, trying activating the serial-number in VFXCentral: "The serial number you entered was already activated."

That is true, but it doesn´t help. I can´t see any product in fsfxpackages.com and in VFXCentral.

I have no idea what to do.
