PMDG app not installing

Hi

 

I have uninstalled PMDG 737 and 747 from P3Dv4 , obviously not correctly , i can not see any pmdg files anymore so presume it is clean

But can not reinstall 737 , when clicking on it , nothing happens

 

Please need help
