I am new to fs9, I have only had the sime for about 4 months, I have noticed that when the seasons change the sim season is one (1) month behind the actual season change, example, winter in Australia starts in June and runs for 3 months, ending in August, in fs9 winter starts in July and runs for 3 months, and ends in September, also I have noticed the the sunrise and sunset times are wrong, I have not taken precise notice when it happens, but it is about 1 hour out. What I would like to know is their a easy fix for these, or do I have to put up with the default times. The version of fs9 I am using is the latest 9.1. Any help would be appreciated. :-)

Thanks Scott, I'am not sure what you sent is what I'm after, what I would like is a setting I can adjust so that so that the seasons comply with the real world here in Australia, the fs9 seasons need to go back one month, I can put up with the sunrise and sunset about a hour out.Thank you for your trouble, regards bocka.

The seasons in the dialog don't take you to the beginning, but to the middle. ie Winter - July is correct as this is the coldest month here. Although I sincerely hope it doesn't get any colder as it is now here in Melbourne - the weather this year is just ridiculous...As for the timezones, there is a fix available, not sure where, but you should find it if you google...Cheers,Christian

The only way to change which seasonal textures are used, is to create an addon for the default seasons.bgl, but the texture availability for Australia is poor. I think that's why VOZ is recommended.scott s..
