Hi. I have had this issue for a while but just got around to addressing it.

Many effects, (smoke, waterfalls, lights) are intermittent. They appear and disappear...

i have confirmed it only happens in dx10

 

any ideas?...thanks

convert effects....so sorry!..i was putting up with the problem for months and fixed it in minutes once i addressed it....
