April 23, 20188 yr Hi All, I am trying to log in to the Support Portal to create a ticket but it is just sitting there saying "Please wait". Have now been waiting over 30 mins including two restarts of the browser. Any ideas on what I can do now? April 23, 20188 yr Author When I click on the Login button in the top right of the Portal, I enter my details and click Login. It then sits there for more than 10 mins trying to login.
