April 27, 20188 yr For some reason, my DC-8 flashes when I pan around the VC. This happens in P3D v4 and v3. (yes it's compatible with v3) Heres a video: Edited April 27, 20188 yr by Aaron Kim
April 27, 20188 yr Author I've noticed that hardware tessellation actually makes the flashing WORSE. (even on v4)
April 27, 20188 yr Author nvm it's not compatible with v3.4 because the game cannot handle all the clickspots
April 27, 20188 yr There is a 32-bit version (FSX/P3Dv3) on the way. The 64-bit DC-8 is lots o fun. I don't have any VC problems at all with it. I just flew home from Puerto Vallarta in it, using the INS, and I was able to re-calibrate the INS in-flight successfully for the first time. Flew over LIT VOR to shoot its position...then updated. Worked like a charm. But I digress... Rhett 7800X3D ♣ 96 GB G.Skill Flare ♣ Gigabyte 4090 ♣ Crucial P5 Plus 2TB

In addition to the visual artifacts, the systems won't work correctly and the save/load panel state won't work. You may have the same problem with artifacts in 4.0 or 4.1. Is that what you are using? You need 4.2. If it does this in 4.2 I would like to know about it (no reports of that so far). The 32 bit version (not released yet) has some changes in the VC to prevent this. If you have problems with the aircraft, it's best to post on the Aerosoft forum. While I do check here from time to time, I would prefer to only provide support on the one forum only. April 28, 20188 yr Author Well, updated to P3D v4.2 and 5e plane works perfectly! I’ll be ditching v3.4 because of the 32bit game.
